Mission Statement

The mission of PYOP Studio is to provide the community with a different and unique venue to express their creativity. By painting and relaxing from everyday stress, PYOP Studios will be an ideal location for kids to paint with friends and parents, and also a place where adults will want to come to paint for themselves.

About our President

PYOP Studio, Inc is the “baby” of Vaishali Patel (President). Vaishali worked in the corporate world for many years, and as a de-stressor started painting pottery.  She would start painting and think that 10 minutes had passed, then look up and realize that she had been painting for 2 hours. Then in 2005, Vaishali found out she was pregnant.  Her husband was traveling for work and she did not want to tell him he was going to be a father over the phone.  Vaishali decided that there is only one time a wife can really surprise her husband.  With that in mind she painted a plate that said, “You’re going to be a perfect Daddy”. On a cold, October afternoon in New England, she picked up her husband from the airport and set up a picnic at the lake. For dessert he got chocolate covered fruit on a “new” plate.  The rest is history. PYOP Studio has been in Vaishali’s life for a really long time. At her baby shower, instead of a typical sign in book, she had a sign in platter. On Father’s Day, Vaishali and her son went in to paint a m ug for her husband, and on Mother’s Day she received a handprint mug. These are all memories she will treasure forever.
